Celtic pride on display at Church Hill Irish Fest

A sea of green is overrunning North 24th Street today as vendors sell T-shirts, Celtic trinkets and Irish coffee while throngs of people mill about listening to tunes from two stages during the Church Hill Irish Festival. If the first day of the Irish festival was any indication of what this summer’s festival season will bring, organizers have cause for optimism.
