Special Election: In Chesterfield

Yesterday Virginians in various jurisdictions and districts voted in primaries. Next Tuesday—June 15—voters in the 27th House of Delegates District will elect a successor to Sam Nixon, the Republican who departed to become head of the Virginia Information Technologies Agency. Special elections seldom attract robust turnouts. Chesterfield seems unlikely to run out of ballots.
