Tea-party activists lean toward GOP House nominees

Tea-party activists appeared yesterday to be coalescing around Republican nominees in Virginia’s 2nd and 5th congressional districts after diluting their votes in Tuesday’s primaries. In Hampton Roads, Ben Loyola, the second choice among Republican voters in the 2nd District, said he would support Scott Rigell, a Virginia Beach auto dealer who won the primary.
