I am far from a pizza connoisseur. In reality, I don't know much about it at all. I know enough to say that when a pizza comes with the label "Hot and Ready," it comes out tasting like cardboard; I know there are a handful of local places that serve a decent pie; and I know this: the best pizza I've had in my life did not come out of Richmond.
