Hopewell The Hopewell Public Schools Special Education Advisory Council will meet tomorrow at 3:30 p.m. at the Hopewell School Board Office, 103 N. 12th Ave. The meeting is open to the public. Richmond The Concert Ballet of Virginia will present its 34th annual Winter Repertory Gala on Friday at 8 p.m. and Sunday at 2:30 p.m. at the Woman’s Club, 211 E. Franklin St. Tickets are $18 for adults and $15 for seniors, students and children. The ballet will honor and accept unused tickets from snowed-out “Nutcracker” performances in December. Dessert refreshments will be available for purchase at the Friday performance, and a luncheon at 1:30 p.m. (for an additional $15) will precede the Sunday performance; reservations are required.
