N.Va. anger counselor accused of pulling gun on officers

ALEXANDRIA—A domestic violence and anger management counselor in Fairfax County is accused of pulling a gun on two men who turned out to be federal marshals. Jose L. Avila, 57, was arraigned in federal court in Alexandria yesterday on a charge of assaulting a federal officer. Authorities say Avila pointed the gun at the marshals because he believed they were blocking his car.
