Dish: New Restaurants

When it comes to restaurants, we've had enough bad news to last us awhile. So now for some good news. Richmond has some new restaurants. Finally. Bonvenu, the new Carytown spot where The Track used to be, opened last week. The New American menu includes entrees like: Blackened Sea Scallops with celeriac purée, caramelized onion rice & baby bok choy ($24), Stuffed Pork Chop filled with Tasso ham & honey caramelized onions with mascarpone whipped garlic mashed potatoes & wilted spinach ($20) and Marinated Beef Tenderloin with gorgonzola & mushrooms over pasta, sautéed vegetables & sweet onion cream ($22).
