Colonial Heights The Kids’ After School Program will again be offered to Colonial Heights fourthand fifth-graders at the city’s elementary schools. Students are referred by their teacher, guidance counselor or principal. Parents can also enroll their children if they can demonstrate need. The program offers mentoring and tutoring to students who need academic help or help with developing appropriate social skills. For details, contact Melissa Jones, (804) 520-9286.
