The latest restaurant from Williams and her band of restaurant magicians (known as the Richmond Restaurant Group) officially opens for dinner tonight, Friday, July 31, at 5 pm...Water Grill boasts a raw bar and will serve seafood, pasta, meat dishes and other entrees, all from the former Karsen’s in Carytown.
