Henrico man finishes 14th in Monopoly contest

Henrico County resident Ellis Baggs finished in the top 15 during the 2009 Monopoly U.S. National Championship completed earlier today at Union Station in Washington. Baggs, an environmental lawyer at Hunton & Williams, finished 14th out of 28 competitors at the national championship. He won his opening round match Tuesday night but lost both rounds he played this morning.
